Installation Date

- At Reimer, we believe in transparent pricing. The quote you receive upfront is exactly what you’ll pay, no hidden fees or unexpected charged. You can have peace of mind knowing that any additional work will only proceed with your written approval.
- Please note that permit fees are not included in the initial estimate and will be billed separately, as determined by local municipalities.

No Lemon
- If the compressor, the core of a new air conditioning system, fails twice within the first five years if installation, we will replace your air conditioner and provide you with a brand new warranty at no charge.
- If the heat exchanger in a new furnace fails within the first ten years, we will replace your furnace and offer a new warranty at no additional cost.
- If a generator engine fails twice in the first five years, we will install a complete and new generator.
- If the transfer switch failed twice in the first three years, we will install a new transfer switch.
- If the tank liner or heat exchanger, the heart of your new water heating system, fails twice within the first five years after installation and the system has been properly maintained, we will replace the entire unit at no cost and provide you with a brand new warranty.
