Andrew was fantastic! Professional, very knowledgeable, walking me through everything, made cost saving suggestions and was super nice. He got an old system to work for what we needed and we'll be sure to call when replacing the unit. Andrew helped relieve a lot stress for not a lot out of my wallet.

I was so Impressed with my service. I had 3 outlets and an upstairs bathroom with no power. PHIL was my tech and he was professional, knowledgeable and respectful to my home. I'm not sure if all their techs are this good but I would recommend PHIL with Reimer.

We had fantastic service from Mark V. responding to an unfortunate leak coming from our tub. He was able to quickly identify the issue and resolve it in the least intrusive manner. He was able to clearly explain what he was going to do and why it was the best option for our situation. He also helped us set up another appointment to address a separate maintenance issue in our home with no hassle. Reimer will definitely be our first call for any issues in our home.

John P was, as always, great. He came in and was thorough with looking into my electrical issues. He actually found something that would be a safety hazard for my home! John explained the entire process, why there was a hazard, my options for addressing it as well as my initial issue, and did not make me feel stupid for asking random questions about something I am unfamiliar with. I had my annual ac-tuneup done, and Chris was excellent. He was thorough, friendly and took the time to explain everything he was checking. I really appreciate his attention to detail. Highly recommend.

I needed repair services to my A/C unit. They were able to fit me in the same day. I received timely updates as to when the technician would arrive. The tech was very courteous and informative. He made the repair and suggested additional options for consideration (membership plan, etc.), but was not pushy. The entire experience was a good one. 😊

We had our A/C condenser and coil replaced. We have used Reimer in the past and honestly, they are the only ones we call. Luke and Damon did the install and as always, they did a great job without a mess and only took them a few hours. We are very happy with Reimer once again.
