Taylor serviced my Mom's condo yesterday in Getzville, he was so wonderful, he took his time and explained what he did, recommendations and was very kind. We were with O'Connell who is now Reime. Brad and Troy were able to deliver impeccable same day service and replace the corroded pipes & water lines in my basement. I was days away from them completely disintegrating which would have been a nightmare. Brad explained everything and showed me the end result and where the water mains etc are. Very helpful and informative and the work was done timely and effectively. Would definitely recommend!

Had issues with breaker tripping off when connected to 2 kitchen appliances. Called Reimer and Rich Home came over. He went and demonstrated various scenarios that caused breaker to trip. He explained this very pleasantly. Ultimately it was found the boiler/electric kettle draws too much power such that nothing else can be connected on the same circuit at the same time. The problem was resolved with a new GFSCI breaker being installed. Recommend Reiman services!

We had a leaky water heater. Dan was amazing. Again. He’s helped us a total of three times. Dan is incredibly competent. Always a pleasure to have him assigned to our projects. We strongly recommend Reimer.

Great company. Their reliability program is great. We used on our former house and now our new home. We had a problem with our furnace making noise. Called Reimer and they came out that day and Ron tested everything and told us what it needed and gave us a price. We had another company in the spring give us a price for things that didn’t even need to be replaced and it wouldn’t have solved the problem. Ron came out today, fixed it and now it’s quiet We would recommend this company to anyone.
