Nick came out to give us a quote on replacing our 20-year-old water heater, and the experience was excellent from the start. I had quite a few questions, and he was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional. What really stood out was that he genuinely cared about us getting the right replacement—even mentioning that if we chose a different company, his main concern was that we ended up with a quality water heater. The very next day, Dan came out to remove the old unit and install the new one. He worked quickly, efficiently, and did a great job with the installation. On top of that, he took the time to point out that our HVAC filter was overdue for replacement, which we really appreciated. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, honest, and professional. Highly recommend!

My furnace was acting weird. I called multiple companies and this one was the winner! Not only did they waive my tech fee (1st time caller) but they offered me a year warranty that basically was the same price as my service fee! The call paid for itself! Recently our furnace started to run into problems and it would shut off at random times throughout the week. We tried a few things to get it back up and running, but nothing would work. Our experience with John was an exceptionally positive one. We appreciated his professional and friendly demeanor as well as the time and care with which explained why our outdated alarm system was going off. At no time did we feel he was attempting to catastrophize the situation; he was simply ‘telling us how it is’. The sincerity with which he communicated his recommendations was refreshing.
If we had to find a way in which the overall experience might be improved, it’s helpful to use neutral terms like ‘spouse’ instead of assuming everyone has a husband or wife. This was something that we encountered while talking with someone when we called dispatch and were transferred when there was no answer, not with John (our technician).
We would happily use Reimer again (and will likely do so once we get estimates to implement John’s recommendations).

The installation of my furnace went well. Both of the techs were friendly, professional, and the work went smoothly. It took about 2hrs. 20 min. or so. It was quite stress free for me.

Tyler expeditiously came to my home after waiting almost 24 hours to receive a phone call from a local electrician whom I called and stated I had an emergency situation and needed to talk with someone asap. He assessed my problem came up with a plan and even discounted the total because of some other electrical guys had been there all day trying to figure things out. I know have a date for the repair work and reassurance that my home is t going to burn down before the repairs are completed. He was very patient with my questions and gave me quote of what the job would cost. He’s a consummate professional and a down to earth gentleman!

When our 33 year old furnace was showing signs it would need replacing soon, we contacted three well established HVAC companies for quotes.
When Chris from Reimer came out to give us a quote, he gave us pricing on a couple of different options we asked for and did a fantastic job not putting any pressure on us to make a fast decision while providing us all the information we needed and answers to all our questions. On several occasions after he left our house, he replied quickly to some follow up texts. Most importantly, he gave us absolutely 100% accurate expectations on what would be done, when it would be done and how long it would take.
Our technicians, Will S. and Kyle B. arrived right on schedule and replaced our 33 year old furnace and 21 year old water heater and did a great job. They fabricated all needed to make everything fit for perfectly with our existing ductwork. They were polite. They answered all questions and cleaned up very well afterwards. They completed the job in the time I was told, even during a heavy snow fall in the middle of the installation Feb. 20.
We will be working with Reimer again for other needs.
