I originally called because my kitchen sink was leaking, and they ended up saving me thousands in potential water damage.
When Josh came out to run the estimate, he suggested checking my water heater as well. It had been covered by a wall, and he carefully helped me remove the panel to inspect it. It turned out the water heater had already failed and was actively leaking. If this hadn’t been caught when it was, it would have caused significant damage to my home.
Anthony and Brad (pictured) were professional, thorough, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything, fixed multiple issues efficiently, and treated my home with care. My cats are very friendly, and by the end of the day, Anthony and Brad had become their best friends.
I’m extremely grateful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reimer to anyone dealing with plumbing issues.

Used Reimer for the first time after they acquired A Johnson, and I intend on using them again. Setting up my service appointment was quick and easy. Receptionists are professional and they were able to easily access notes regarding past service, quotes, etc.
Received a quote several months ago. Was told the quote had expired after thirty days but there would be no charge to have a tech check my HVAC and provide a new quote.
You’ll receive a text and a call from the tech when they’re on their way. Tech Myles T was on time and prepared. No bait and switch – no charge for the visit and no sales pressure. Myles explained what he observed and when/why I’ll need to replace a specific part (in layman’s terms).

It was a 20° day. Our Navien combo hot water heater boiler system had gone down for the umpteenth time in the last several months. When I tell you that we called at least 5 to 6 companies and none could help. No fear Reimer was here. It began with the exceptional customer service on the other end of the telephone. It’s as if this young lady’s heat was not working and she was determined to do all that she could to see that our debacle was resolved. We are extremely grateful for Todd, Jeff, John, Dan, and Ryan, as they flew into action to install our new Laars combo system. Their knowledge and professionalism is unmatched. Our family will be warm and cozy for the holidays because of this company and the AWESOME work they performed. Oh and the Laars👌. Happy Holidays

Reimer came out and diagnosed a serious power arc at our meter. They juggled their schedule to make an emergency repair and replaced our electrical panel within 24 hours to prevent us from going without power and heat for any additional nights. Phil did a great job diagnosing and walking me through the process and Patrick and Ryder were professional in the installation, and helpful in getting our homeowner’s claim started. So glad we called them for our emergency.

This should have been written three weeks ago; however, things happened! So today is the day. In November Joe Strange, came to my house for my annual furnace maintenance. I must admit I was going to give up on Reimer, and then Joe came. He is professional, respectful, courteous, knowledgeable, took time to explain things, polite, and truly a very pleasant person. To say they least, I plan on continuing with Reimer, only because of Joe. What an outstanding service tech, and most importantly an outstanding gentleman. Thank you, Joe!

I have a boiler that is no longer supported by the maker. Had a very difficult time finding anyone who is familiar with this brand. I did get a reference from someone to call Reimer. I know how difficult it is to get someone out for this type of emergency at this time of year. But at 8 o’clock, Todd Bianchi arrived and went straight to work. After what seemed like forever, I figured this was a lost cause. I heard him coming up the steps from the basement and I was expecting to hear yeah not much I can do. But with a smile, he said you’ve got heat and hot water. Not sure he even realizes how much That meant to me and my family. He not only fix the problem, but when it seemed like there might be a minor glitch. He came back and went back to work. Bottom line when he left we had heat in the hot water. It’s very happy people in this house. I would highly recommend not only Reimer, but Todd Bianchi. Thank you.
