John Polizzi came out for emergency electrical work after a circuit blew and outlets started sparking. I was very stressed but John was super empathetic, explained everything clearly, offered multiple solution options, and even helped troubleshoot our heating issue caused by the surge. These guys are excellent. I realized a tax break was expiring on 12/31 to install a water heater/heat pump. I called them on 12/30 and they were able to come in and do a big, 8 hour job on new year’s eve with one day’s notice. Not only that, when they got there, they discovered a leak in the basement we were not aware of, stopped it, cleaned up and fixed the underlying cause as well. Really exceptional service, not cheap but u get what u pay for.
