Neil is wonderful, he replaced parts and installed UV lights in our split units. The lights were to kill bacteria and mold that form over time in the units. Neil was concerned with our health and safety. He is polite and kind, even petting our pups.

We had a great experience with Mr. Joe Strange. He was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable, with over ten years of experience that clearly shows. He took the time to answer all our questions without ever pressuring us into anything. His professionalism and courteous manner made the whole process seamless, and he even got us the best deal. The company should really value him. He definitely deserves a raise. We highly recommend him!

Reimer was prompt for an emergency call sending out employee Jeffrey D on a Sunday and then he returned the following day to complete work and review options and resolve plumbing issues. Jeffrey reviewed everything in detail with options. Thank you also to Jeffrey and Kim (answering service) for making a stressful situation easy to navigate.

My experience was wonderful! They were on time and talked me through all the issues and helped explain how to keep my furnace running smoothly! They were well mannered and patient and stayed longer than anticipate to trouble shoot and unforeseen issue. I absolutely signed up for their yearly service and couldn’t believe the price (in a good way)!

I absolutely love David and Eugene. I felt like they truly cared and they actually took the time to really investigate and do as much as they possibly could. I pray i get them every single time i need maintenance. I also thought it was amazing how David was honoring breast cancer. He had a pink shirt and the pink ribbon was on it. Very awesome!! I marked overpriced because my bill is extremely expensive but this company has taken care of me for years and everyone is overpriced these days. Definitely not a reason I’d go anywhere else.

I met with a very knowledgeable and friendly Mitchell Jones, an associate and installer who came up with a creative solution to a complicated mobile home water heater issue. He spent much of the day at my home evaluating the situation and researching the possibilities. He impressed me with his honesty, compassion, and thoroughness. His charge for the estimate was zero.

On Sept. 24th, we had an appointment for service with Rob. He was very through with his inspection. He discovered some really bad problems. We decided we needed to replace the furnace.
On Sept. 30th, we had our furnace replaced and our air ducts cleaned. Ben and Elijah were great. They kept me informed throughout the day. They worked hard and did a great job! We were up and running by dinner time.

I called Reimer for an AC issue and they responded within 2 hours on site and fixed our AC issue very quickly, despite not being a member at the time (which I am now!). Rob Koenig was the technician and was very respectful, knowledgeable and able to resolve the issue while teaching me the concern.
