On the first snowy, cold morning we woke up to our thermostat registering at 57°. With three kids, two of which are twin babies, we called to have our system looked at. The woman who answered the call was fantastic and said with the babies, they would move this to the top of their emergency list. Scott, the technician,was here within an hour, and was so friendly and knowledgeable. Our system was temporarily fixed to get us through the day, until our new system will be installed tomorrow. I am so pleased with the speed at which this company responded, recognizing that this was something that needed attention immediately.

Chris and Brian were thorough in their consultations. Chris went the extra distance to find a heating solution that met our budget all while providing a great experience and approached it as if he were helping a friend. Brian gave us an estimate a few months back that we had to put on hold. When revisiting the work, he honored the estimate which was a good price. He was responsive and extremely helpful in the financing application.
Brandon and Matt, the fellas that installed our HVAC moved quick and efficiently, all with a smile and great attitude.
Brad, Rick, and Jacob (in the photo) are absolute troopers for this late night work they did in our dungeon of a basement. The old rusted cast drains and house trap was something I could not imagine touching. They made this work look real sharp, did it with spirit and with grit.
I would work with anyone of these people any day of the week. Thank you all.

I recently had an issue with my furnace and called Reimer to have it looked at. I didn’t have to wait long for someone to come over. Matt Elkington arrived shortly and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The whole process from when I called to when he left was probably not more than an hour. We even discussed a little premiere league football. He turned what might have been a big headache into a minor inconvenience. I would recommend him to everyone.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from Reimer. From the very first call to the final walkthrough, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I understood how to get the best performance from my system.
The technicians arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless when they were done.
