Called Reimer and was greeted by a very pleasant young lady, She assured me they could help me with my problem, Water leaking from somewhere under my kitchen sink which was getting under my vinyl flooring and comming up between the cracks. I could not find the source. Jerid was at my house within an hour, Again another pleasant employee, He found the problem in about 5 minutes.Easy fix ( for him ) jerid was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my crazy questions. It couldn’t have been a better experience. I was so impressed by Jerid and the young lady on the phone that I bought the yearly membership, which is very reasonable. My first time using this company but it won’t be the last.

Joe Strong came out last night to service my air conditioning unit and showed me some major issues with my AC affecting my two year old furnace which needed to be remedied right away. He showed me the pictures and explained in detail what was happening. He was very thorough of showing me the replacement units And did not pressure at all, but advised me as to each option. The installers are here today and have answered all my questions. I know this to be a very good company. I’m looking forward to using my new AC.

Can’t thank Reimer enough for all the work they’ve done at our house and for the incredible staff they have. We’ve had multiple different jobs done & have been very pleased with their work. Tyler Dean has been a pleasure to work with, he’s very personable, upfront, relatable and makes us laugh every time he comes to quote work for us. Old house, old house problems. We have had terrible luck with plumbers since we bought our 1834 home a few years ago. This is our first time using Reiner and they were excellent! Scheduling was a breeze, and they were able to come out much faster than others, even though it was not an emergency. Our technician, Jared, was polite, quick, and knowledgeable about our repair. So glad to finally find a great company! Thank you guys!

Our house is a challenge to figure out repairs due to the footage and complexity of how it was built. The technician Mike, was not intimidated like so many plumbers that have entered and then walked out. He was knowledgeable, trustworthy and so nice to deal with. We are so grateful we had someone resourceful at such a late hour to stop the leaking pipe before it damaged our home.

Keith was awesome! Professional, personable, and did a great job installing our full house dehumidifier. Our very old basement needed immediate attention and on the spot he said he would get the job done same day. An added plus our dog, Moose, enjoyed the visit too pushing in for pets in-between the process. Thank you Keith for looking out!

Our Technician Scott was very punctual and communication of his arrival time to home was excellent with Reimer. From Jennifer on the phone at the office to Scott our technician, both were very friendly and professional. Scott was thorough and explained the work he was doing and didn’t gloss over anything. I felt very comfortable and confident with Scott and the Reimer company. I would 100% recommend Reimer Heating & Cooling and their services.

I looked around to see what company I can use to help me fix my thermostat problem. Reiner’s is the place to go. Patrick devine was great! He was knowledgeable and straight forward on what needed to be done! Got a new thermostat and air purifier put in. Definitely recommend Reimer.

Danny gave a great explanation of how you operate. He was very friendly, courteous and thorough in his work and presentation and review when he was finally done showing photos and giving advice and explaining additional services would be available free of charge for inspections by other technicians. He’s a real credit to your organization. . It was a pleasure dealing with him.

We had a concern with a drainage pipe at our home. Joe came in and told us everything looked great and even gave us advice on another concern we had. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also covered his shoes when he enter our home. We appreciate that. The customer service was outstanding and we would highly recommend Reimer Heating, Cooling and Plumbing.

I relied on Reimer for a completely new system in a much older home with space and duct challenges. I was impressed and pleased from beginning to end. Rob did a great job listening to me on the initial visit. And when it came to the install, I can honestly say I’ve had folks in my home for hvac services throughout the country, on many homes and none of them compare to Ben and Eli. Not only did they do an amazing job on the install itself, they were respectful, they explained so much to me, and answered all my questions. Simply put, their communication throughout the process was top notch.

We recently contracted Reimer to clean our air conditioning system in hopes of eliminating some damp smells and to get an estimate for air duct cleaning services. David P spent quality time thoroughly cleaning both the unit and all the lines. He went above and beyond by not only doing the job but also explaining each step and why it was important. We came away with a much better understanding of how to keep our system running smoothly and problem-free. David also walked us through the company’s air duct cleaning options and equipment available to improve indoor air quality, which is our top priority. Thank you, David, for a job well done!

I have to give Daniel Flores a 5+ out of 5. He was not only personable, but also very knowledgeable and skilled at his job. He took the time to clearly explain what he was going to do. Then he took pics of the before and after, helping me see what he had done. When I asked about duct cleaning, he explained what they would do and explained the cost. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and his warm and caring personality. Kudos, Danny!

Tyler D came to give a quote for electrical work, he was very efficient, friendly & explained everything in detail. I had 2 other companies come to give quotes and they were not nearly as thorough as Reimer. Would definitely recommend.

On Sunday called Reimer Heating, Cooling & Plumbing as our hot water tank stopped working. By Monday afternoon we had a new hot water tank installed and working great. Nate and Hezekiah did a wonderful job of getting this completed all stress free and answering any and all questions we asked. We could not have asked for a better experience.
