Reimer has been around since 1921 servicing Buffalo and recently expanded into Rochester and the Capital Region. We have continued to provide our communities with knowledgeable, reliable, and fast home services. Day or night, heating or cooling, plumbing or electric, Reimer is ready. In 2024, those same home services not only remain intact, but fueled by a recharged brand, featuring a rhino.
Now, Reimer is stronger and more prepared to support our communities than ever before!
WHY A RHINO?
Reimer recently rebranded, featuring a bright orange rhino as the face of our team. We chose a rhino because, just like them, we are:
Sure-footed, stead-handed, and ready to brave the elements.
Reimer technicians have extensive home services knowledge and expertise, developed through consistent training and years of experience.
The kind of service we deliver is valuable and rare.
We relate to local homeowners’ needs, stressors, pain points, and greater objectives.
We adapt as quickly as we need to and excel overtime.
From the moment you get on the phone until the technician walks out of your home after completing a job, our communication is clear, respectful, friendly, and straight-forward communication. Reimer asks thoughtful questions, talks customers through our insightful, and has purposeful conversations.

PROCESS OF CHOSING THE MASCOTS NAME
Although Reimer rebranded to a rhino, we were still missing something crucial… the rhino’s name! From May 1st until August 31st of 2024, Reimer held a “Name the Rhino” campaign. We gathered community members input about what our rhino should be named. We collected over 600 submissions from various events and online.
The goal was to have Reimer’s rhino be a reflection of our surrounding communities: Buffalo, Rochester, and the Capital Region. With this feedback from our community, we have been able to name our rhino Remi! We will continue to support all our community members, by continuing to give back and help where we can. Reimer, and our rhino Remi, will be there for the moments that matter.
BEING PRESENT FOR THE MOMENTS THAT MATTER
In Buffalo, Reimer has been able to support our community through various events partnering with local businesses and organizations. Annually, Reimer supports the Buffalo Marathon. The money raised at the marathon is distributed to local non-for-profit organizations. We are the sponsor for all things rhino at the Buffalo Zoo, featuring events including Cinco de Rhino and the Run for Rhinos. In Buffalo, Reimer is the presenting sponsor of the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk. Last year we raised over $20,000 for the American Cancer Society! In addition, we support the Roswell Park Cancer Institute with various donations and support of their events including Ice Cycle, Ride for Roswell, Celebration of Hope, and Bald for Bucks. There are many ways both big and small in which we are able to support our community, and as we continue to expand, there are more exciting partnerships and events to come!
In Rochester, we have been able to celebrate runners at various Fleet Feet Yellow Jacket Races. In addition, we fundraise for and participate in the local Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk. Rochester has more exciting partnerships and events beginning in 2025. Stay tuned to our social media to stay in the loop with all of our exciting updates!
In the Capital Region, Reimer participates in and supports the local Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk. This summer, we also spent time with the Tri-City ValleyCats Baseball Team at various games. There are many more exciting partnerships and events to come, some of which will be with Capital Roots, the Albany FireWolves Lacrosse Team, and University at Albany.
