At Reimer Home Services, we believe in the power of community, compassion, and comfort. This October, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re proud to launch a heartfelt initiative to support those affected by breast cancer in the communities we serve.
From October 1st to 31st, 2025, Reimer will be accepting nominations for our Furnace Giveaway Contest—a chance to provide warmth and relief to three incredible individuals who have faced breast cancer with courage and resilience.
We will be giving away one free furnace in each of our service areas: Albany, Rochester, and Buffalo. Whether you’re a patient, survivor, or thriver, or you know someone who is, we invite you to submit a nomination and share their story.
Contest Details

- Winners Announced: November 7, 2025
- Prize: One free furnace installation per location (Albany, Rochester, Buffalo)
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible, nominees must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Be a homeowner living within our service areas (Buffalo, Albany, or Rochester)
- Have a forced air heating system compatible with a furnace
- Agree to the terms and conditions of the contest (use PDF doc attached)

Breast cancer affects thousands of families every year, and we want to do our part to bring comfort to those who need it most. A warm home is more than just a luxury—it’s a necessity, especially during the cold months ahead. This giveaway is our way of saying thank you to the brave individuals who inspire us every day.
How to Enter
Fill out the giveaway form to submit your nomination. Then, join your local Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk in Rochester, Buffalo, or Albany. Joining the walk does not mean you need to physically be present at the event. Afterwards, our team will carefully review all entries and select one winner from each location.
