I had a great experience with Andrew, Mark and Marks teammate (I apologize for forgetting your name) but they were amazing. Throughly explained everything, took the time to answer questions. As the work was being completed took the time to give updates. Very FAST and courteous service, I got a consult one day and booked the following. So the install process and installation itself 10/10, now for time to tell the rest in regard to quality. At the point very satisfied with this company and its staff.

I posted this I thought on here before, but it’s worth doing it again. I had a technician by the name of Mike McQueen, who was absolutely wonderful, professional, polite, and friendly. It was a complete pleasure doing business with him. Unclogged a severe clog connected with the bathtub. I wish all service people were as good as Mike. With employees like this, you need to give him a raise. It will be a pleasure to continue doing business with your company with employees like Mike.

Dave was pleasant and helpful with the first visit for Ac and also furnace maintenance. Recommended replacing the ac and furnace and offered quotes for the work.

My experience with “the Rhino” was top tier. My air conditioner wasn’t blowing cold air and it was one of our hottest days. I googled service companies near me and Reimer was at the top of the list with a 5 out of 5 star rating. And they had 24 hour service. I called hoping they could get me in at least by the weekend. The receptionist who answered was friendly and she spoke as though she truly wanted to help resolve my issue. To my surprise she said I can get someone out this evening when you get off work. Wow!! And just as promised Joe met me at 6pm to service my air conditioner unit. He was cordial shared his many years of experience in the industry. Within 10 mins he was able to diagnose my problem. While it wasn’t what I was hoping to hear, Joe walked me through all of my options explaining each one and he never pressured me at any point. Once I chose my next steps, Joe said “if you like can have someone out tomorrow to complete your repair. And just like that, issue resolved. From beginning to end my experience was awesome. I would recommend Reimer without a doubt. Thank you for being a company who still believes in quality customer service.

Both Mikes were respectful and got straight to the job. It was a long 10-5 job and they plugged away at it. We needed electric ran to the pool starting from scratch. The trench across the yard looked intimidating at first but once the job was complete they did a wonderful job and making the yard look great. The GFCI is perfect! Thank you!

Roger came to my house for a service call, and he was absolutely terrific. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, even to my cat who was trying to be “helpful”. He went way above and beyond to attempt to locate and fix the problem, and he gave me his card with his cell number so I can call him directly if it reoccurs. Which I absolutely, 100% will do. And if I have any other plumbing needs I will call Reimer and request him. I cannot recommend him or Reimer enough. I am very happy that I now have a reliable plumber who I can call if I need one.

Michael did an awesome job assessing the issue and walking me through repair options. The repair was effective, and I even saved some $ because a particular part did not need replacing. I trust Reimer for any future needs. Thanks for everything!

Reimer stood out and came through for me in a way I never expected.
My HVAC system – No cooling and compressor problems.
Back in February of this year, after being told the HVAC system is 6 years old by an inspector that I hired, I went ahead and purchased this condominium .
Barely five months after I moved in , when the heat started , found out there is no cooling and compressor making loud noises .
I was given different estimates by different companies- some advising to replace completely instead of repairing the compressor. Replacing came with a huge price- something I definitely couldn’t afford.
Besides, after being betrayed and deceived by the inspector who told me the system was six years old instead of over nine years,it was quite difficult to trust anyone.
Patty from Reimer reached out to me , listened with patience and understood my concerns. She assured me of transparency and under no obligation if ever I wish to change my mind at any time.
A week ago, Patty called to say Ben is on his way for Repairs . Ben walked into my home, introduced himself with a big smile , so friendly, knowledgeable, pleasant (all of the above).Looking at my unit, Ben advised to replace instead of repair, yet he said it’s up to me and no pressure.
Ben made it possible for a brand new unit- so affordable that I couldn’t refuse. I can’t thank him enough. He worked with me , with transparency showed compassion throughout the whole ordeal and made sure the agreements we had were accurate before placing my signature on documents. The other technician was Jimmy who worked really hard with Ben all day long. Jimmy was also very pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you to both of them!!

Our hot water tank quit on us and Reimer got someone out there the same day! Mike was knowledgeable and the installation he did for our new tankless water heater was super clean and looks amazing. Couldn’t be happier! Thanks Mike!

We needed to have a thermostat replaced and we have a system with unique features. Scott diagnosed our issues and provided us with options, each with honest/professional feedback. He completed the work extremely quickly and cleanly. Waited for the unit to complete all diagnostics and ensured all would be functional when he left. Reimer and Scott did a great job and in all honesty, a very fair price. Actually , It cost less than a replacement of the original touchscreen. He got it so it could perform everything we needed from it. Very pleased with our service.

Bryce was very nice and professional. Great work fixing the copper piping on our hot water tank and getting it up to code and stop leaking.

Frank was excellent. He came for maintenance on my air conditioner, found some issues, fixed them, and made sure everything was working as intended before he left. He reviewed everything I needed to look out for, and was very through, professional and kind.

Reimer was able to accommodate my request to perform duct cleaning in my home in addition to the scheduled ac unit cleaning and testing (last minute!). I realize they may have had to move other work around, but I sure appreciated that! Todd, Zana, and Colin were extremely communicative with me as far as what had to be done. The team was very thorough on the cleaning, we could tell the difference right away! In the past I have had two different heating/ac companies tell me they would not be able to clean the ducts due to a lack of space around the furnace, but Reimer was able to handle it! Thanks guys!

Outstanding Technician very knowledgeable, professional, answered all my questions, Ken is an absolute asset to your company!! Made recommendations to improve system but did not pressure you into buying items. Explained the importance of item to be purchased and the benefit of said item.

Derrick was professional and thoroughly checked all areas to determine where the problem might have been generated from. This was an old leak. Due to this, they would have needed to cut ceiling so opted to wait until leak occured again.

We also had Tim & Mohammad at the house working on different project. These gentlemen were also professional, polite and thorough. They completed the project in a timely manner and made sure we didn’t have questions before leaving property.

Excellent communication with the office as to when the technician would arrive and sent a photo of the technician via text. Prompt and very professional. Cleaned up the work area and walked me thru the completed project. Would highly recommend.
